Climbing activities with groups can include roped climbing on single pitch crags and quarries, boulder scrambling and abseiling.
Climbing is an excellent activity for providing a fun personal challenge. Team skills and trust can be developed by involving the group in holding the rope, whilst the friends or colleagues climb. Low level bouldering and outdoor climbing can all be offered. Abseiling can be included as part of a climbing session or as an activity in its own right. It can be used as an excellent fundraising activity by sponsoring participants.
